Welcome to Barton Online Fitness
I empower people over the age of 40 to develop true functional, 3 dimensional fitness and athleticism and habits around training that positively impact their lives beyond the gym walls. These people want to turn back the clock on lost movement quality and athleticism and live the bet quality of life that is possible while they walk this earth.
Through my program clients train the body in the way that it is designed to move and function, develop resilience to injury, reduce unnecessary wear and tear on the joints and body, improve longevity and independence with age and become the most athletic version of themselves that is possible.

1. Train for Life Online Personal Training
Programming and strategies completely individualized to you, your ability, schedule, equipment availalbility (we do have eqipment that we recommend), physical capabilities etc.
You will follow a method of training and strategies around training that will set you up for the rest of your life (hort term and long term), develop 3 dimentional, true functional fitness qualities and help you become the most atheltic version of yourself that is possible?
You will also learn strategies around exercise that will set your body up to be more more resilient to injury, to move better and help you be at your best in life and/or sport or activities of choice.
Best of all, I am here to support you every step of the way.
Train for Life is our ongoing Personalized Online Training Program. You have the option to sign up for a minimum of 3 or 6 months. This gives us the time to help you really see improvements.

2. Fit for Life Online Gym (Group Style Training)
When you join my Online Gym, you will be able to follow group style training programs with all the goal and benefits which you would have read about earlier. I provide options of progressions, regressions of exercises and programs as a whole. Best of all, you can complete your programs in the comfort of your own home and at times that suit your schedule.
You will have access to support from me, throughout the process, to answer questions and offer guidance.
